Ignite! Over Network
The Ignite! Over Network Solution is perfect for classroom teachers who have state-of-the-art school networks capable of serving the Ignite! curriculum from a server within the district or school. Simply install the curriculum on the server, then use the classroom computer to teach with Ignite!'s engaging whole-class instruction.
ION System Requirements
Server
- Windows 2003 or higher
- DVD Drive.
- 10/100 Mbps Network.
- Internet connection required for updates.
- Pentium 4, 2.5 GHz (or compatible).
- 15GB available hard disk space.
- 2GB RAM.
- Each media piece averages 4MB in size and is downloaded from the server to the client as requested by the user.
Client
- Windows XP.
- 10/100 Mbps Network (for connection to server).
- Local network access to the school's ION server is required. Access to the public internet is not required.
- Pentium 1.5 GHz (or compatible).
- 1GB available hard disk space.
- 512MB RAM.
- Digital Projector (for whole class instruction).
- Stereo Speakers.
